PekoPeko Ballet Time

My first attempt at pixel art. I gave her a black outline because her crown just didn't work out well against any background without it. It also seemed to give her a seemingly "Paper" look. Yes, it is very simple... Her hair and her tutu was what gave me the most trouble. I just needed an idea of lighting techniques. It's not too different than how I already know to shade... but it was a bit different. I wimped out on the hair though... I would have given her curly long hair, but it didn't work in my head. Baby steps, Jade, baby steps.
