SPACE - The Unknown is Bliss

The entity where all is unknown is space.
It is dark and empty.
Like the eyes you can't see on someone's face
the lines where everything ends do not exist.

Who have said that space does end?
The ones who crush the dreams for their gain.
And we are to mold and bend
to their will against ours.

Will space be our resting place?
Where we disperse if not on earth?
And what of those who carry bad taste
and sins that they too know are wrong?

The entity where all is unknown is space.
I choose not to learn but ponder.
The glimmery stars that the day does chase
to never meet but shine on in eternity.

The little gems in the sky have led us to think
that lost souls and souls of great are enshrined
and those who lose their merit sink
and fall to the abyss of the never ending space.

We can ponder, we can guess,
but we cannot say that we know.
The more we know, the greater the mess
and the end of us, we show.
