There Was...

There was something there. And my world faded away and came back before I could blink.

I woke up maybe three or four hours ago and ended up opening my Photoshop CS3 for whatever reason and painted this. The whole experience was bizarre. There was no lineart and I couldn't stand to give it more detail. When I came up with this, I knew I was finished. I think I snapped out of the dream-paint mood around the time I got to her hair.

This whole thing came about starting with a brush setting set on a dark maroon color. And it took form. It's not impressive but it feels expressive. Felt I had to share.
